Site Variant Library
Yes, you can design specific barcodes for each site.
Please keep the following in mind when ordering a site variant library:
- Min length: 350 bp (with flanks)
- Max length: 4.5 kb (with flanks)
- Delivery format: one site per well Libraries are dried down prior to shipping
- Can be stored at -20C
Spread-Out Low Diversity (SOLD) Libraries
All CVLs and SOLD libraries come with Twist tails at the end. Adapters can be omitted per customer request.
Please keep the following in mind when ordering a spread-out low diversity (SOLD) library:
- Max length: 1 kb not including flanking sequences
- Maximum diversity: 10^8 Delivery: 1 ug of linear dsDNA
- Option to scale up the library
- Libraries are delivered as a pool
- Libraries are dried down prior to shipping.
- Can be stored at -20C
Combinational Variant Library
All Twist libraries are NGS verified.
Yes, you can submit your own codon usage table; however, defined codon tables where only one codon is used per amino acid might result in the failure of certain variants when avoiding restriction sites and amino acid motifs.
Twist will provide a report that includes a table showing the percent distribution of each length.
Twist will provide a report to show the distribution of the variants within each domain.
Twist will provide a report that compares the expected ratio distribution of each amino acid with the observed ratio at each domain.
